What we collect

Account info: your name and email address from sign-in (Google, Apple, or email), so we know who you are.

Your content: the videos and photos you upload, plus the captions, thumbnails, hashtags, and schedules you create in Ranavi.

Platform connections: the access tokens you grant when you connect Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, or Bilibili — these are what let Ranavi publish or schedule posts on your behalf.

Publishing activity: when posts were scheduled, published, or failed, so we can show you delivery status and retry failures.

Basic technical info: standard error reports and logs that help us keep the service running.

How we use it

Only to run Ranavi for you: storing your projects, publishing or scheduling your posts at the times you chose, and showing you how your posts performed.

We never sell your data. We show no ads, and we never share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Who sees your data

The platforms you connect receive exactly what you asked us to publish — your media, caption, and schedule — and nothing else. Disconnecting a platform revokes our access there.

Our hosting provider stores your data so the app works. Nobody else gets it unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your content and account data while your account is active. Delete a project and it's gone from our systems. Delete your account and we cancel all scheduled posts, disconnect every platform, and remove your content, tokens, and account — backups may retain copies for a short time before they're overwritten.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, anytime, from inside the app: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. No email, no waiting, no support ticket.

Security

Platform tokens are stored encrypted, connections use HTTPS throughout, and access to production data is limited. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can review, edit, or delete your content anytime in the app, disconnect platforms whenever you like, and delete your account to remove your data. For a copy of your data or any privacy question, contact us below.

Children

Ranavi isn't for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll note it in the app. Continuing to use Ranavi after a change means you accept the updated policy.
